Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Jackson seeks a Donation Express Attendant to welcome donors, assist with unloading donations, provide receipts, and maintain a clean, organized DEC site.

Qualifications

• Minimum: none; Education not required.
• Experience in public-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a courteous, prompt manner and provide donation receipts.
• Unload donations safely and sort/pack items as directed.
• Record donations and assist with daily donation summaries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized DEC site and report hazards to a supervisor.
• Assist transportation staff with trailer exchanges and site sweeps as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and attendance requirements.
