Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with the public is desired.
• Must be able to lift/carry over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform simple addition to complete paperwork.
• Must provide for own transportation to all assigned donation centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and high level of customer service to donors.
• Open and close the site on schedule and maintain attendance.
• Sort and secure donations and assist with daily donation summaries.
• Issue donation receipts and communicate activity to the supervisor.
