Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Franklin, TN seeks a friendly Donation Express Attendant to assist donors and manage donation flows. The role involves unloading donations, providing receipts, and keeping the DEC area neat and organized.

You will be responsible for accurate donation recording, safety, and excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities to support the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the public.
• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform simple math.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Must provide for own transportation to all assigned donations centers.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors warmly and provide receipts.
• Unload donations and handle items with care.
• Sort and secure donations in designated areas.
• Record donations and assist with daily donation summaries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Attend mandatory DEC meetings.
