Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a full-time Donation Center Associate to receive and sort donated goods safely and accurately. You will provide excellent customer service at all times and help load donations for shipment, while following all policies.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and no prior experience is required, with a background check required. Floaters may travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service at all times.
• Pre-sorts and sorts donations as received.
• Safely and efficiently loads product for shipment, maintaining clean and safe working areas.
• Ensures that all organizational policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintains effective communication with the ADC Manager and Transportation team.
