Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a friendly Donation Xpress Attendant in Casselberry, FL. You will provide excellent customer service, issue donation receipts, and help receive and sort donated items.

You will help load donations for transport, follow all safety and center procedures, and assist donors at the donation center. Must be 18+ and prior retail/stock handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the donation center.
• Greeting each donor with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Respectfully receiving donations while issuing donation receipts, regardless of donation size or the number of articles.
• Assisting donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sorting donations in accordance with all GICF policies and procedures.
• Adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards as directed.
• Assisting in loading GICF trucks with donated items as needed.
