Goodwill Central Texas is seeking an ADC Attendant to enhance donor experiences at our donation center. Responsibilities include accepting, presorting, and loading donated goods while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, basic math, and POS experience.

You will help maintain a safe, orderly environment and complete daily donation counting and reporting tasks. The position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English and basic math.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience handling POS transactions.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store location and secure all receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors; accept, presort and place donations.
• Maintain stock in store and keep area clean and safe.
• Record donations on the donation count list.
• Complete store reports and report sales daily.
• Verify truck/trailer seals and equipment manifest.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
