Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an ADC Attendant to support its mission by assisting donors and maintaining process flow at the donation site.

Responsibilities

• Support Chattanooga Goodwill’s Mission by aligning actions with organizational guiding principles.
• Maintain agency, employee, and participant confidentiality.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Greet donors, hand out receipts, and assist with unloading donations.
• Record daily donation counts and ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct complaints to management.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area; follow safety practices.
