Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Donation Attendant (LARGE) - FT to greet donors, issue receipts, and help manage donation areas at Store #15 in Watauga, TX.

You will sort donations, operate basic equipment, assist with loading trucks, and keep areas clean. Must have at least 1 year of customer service, basic math, and flexibility to work 40 hours per week with varied days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a setting interacting with the public or team.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to meet production quotas.
• Proficient in basic math, able to read and write.
• Operate tablets and receipt printers; use pushcarts, hand trucks, pallet-jacks, barrels, boxes.
• Clear communication with customers and associates.
• Open schedule availability (open 7 days a week, 8 AM through 7 PM).

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods from donors and provide receipts.
• Sort donations according to guidelines and track goods received.
• Move and transport items using basic material handling equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized donation areas.
• Load and unload company trucks and trailers.
• Assist with general store cleaning and other duties as assigned.
