Qualifications

• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for entire shift.
• Ability to move 20-100 pounds via lifting or team lifting.
• Tolerance to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Mobility within the facility and the community.
• Background check completed as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading vehicles of donations.
• Sort donations into proper containers by category.
• Clean donation areas inside and out.
• Strive to meet daily goals and follow Best Practices.
• Assist in all aspects of operations as directed.
