Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking an Entry-level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors, assist with unloading and sorting donations, and maintain clean donation areas. The role supports daily goals in a fast-paced setting and requires physical stamina and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending and carrying for the full shift.
• Must be able to push/pull and grasp with hands during duties.
• Lifting 20-100 pounds with or without assistance as needed.
• Tolerate extreme temperature and humidity changes.
• Move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility.
• Physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading vehicles of donations.
• Sort donations into proper containers by category.
• Clean donation areas inside and out.
• Strive to meet daily goals and perform duties as directed.
