Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to warmly greet donors and provide top‑notch service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in unloading donation vehicles and sort items into proper categories, helping keep the donation area efficient and welcoming.

This entry‑level role emphasizes reliability and teamwork, with daily goals and opportunities to support ESGW’s mission in the community.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20‑100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
