Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an Entry-level Donation Door Attendant to warmly greet donors and provide assistance in a fast-paced setting. You will help unload donations from vehicles, sort items by category, and keep donation areas clean and organized, supporting daily goals and following ESGW Best Practices.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assists in unloading vehicles of donations.
• Sorts donations into proper containers by categories.
• Cleans donation areas inside and out.
• Strives to meet daily goals and follows Best Practices of ESGW.
