Job summary

The Donation Door Attendant at Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain greets donors and provides friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You may assist unloading donations and sort items into proper containers by category.

This entry-level position supports operations, maintains clean donation areas, aims to meet daily goals, and follows ESGW Best Practices. The role may require days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and includes a background check.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
