The role emphasizes physical activity, sorting donations by category, and adhering to ESGW best practices in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include unloading donations, meeting daily goals, and performing various operational tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Ability to move 20–100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Background check required; past convictions are not automatic bar to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assists in unloading vehicles with donations.
• Sorts donations into proper containers by categories.
• Cleans donation areas inside and out.
• Aims to meet daily goals and follow Best Practices of ESGW.
