Responsibilities

• Assist customers with donations by greeting donors and helping unload their vehicle.

• Safely load trailers with donations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and safe working area.
• Follow department policies and report security or theft concerns.
• Present a professional image by adhering to dress code and hygiene standards.
