Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and sort items by category. The role supports daily goals and maintains clean donation areas in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of operations per Best Practices, with a focus on respectful handling of donations and excellent donor service. Schedule may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Must be able to move 20–100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently within the facility and community with reasonable accommodation.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require background check; prior criminal convictions do not automatically bar employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading donations and sorting into proper containers by category.
• Keep donation areas clean inside and out and meet daily goals.
• Assist in all aspects of operations as directed per Best Practices of ESGW.
