Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience at our Tempe store. The role handles donations, labeling, receipts, and safe handling of merchandise while assisting customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, floor organization, safety compliance, and occasional cross-training in other store positions. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to GCNA's mission.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Offer receipts to donors for all donations.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
• Load/unload merchandise with customers and assist with vehicles.
