Job summary

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers and management.
• Organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service, greet donors and assist with donation drop-offs.
• Handle donations with care and sort goods into categories as directed.
• Notify management of hazardous or inappropriate merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize shelves and aisles.
• Safeguard cash and agency assets; adhere to safety procedures.
