Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking an Entry-level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist in unloading donation vehicles, sort items by category, and maintain clean donation areas both inside and out. The role requires stamina, the ability to lift 20–100 pounds with or without help, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires lifting 20–100 pounds with or without assistance.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading vehicles with donations.
• Sort donations into proper containers by category.
• Clean donation areas inside and out.
• Strive to meet daily goals and follow ESGW best practices.
