Job summary

Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, PA is seeking a Donation Attendant to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, process receipts, and maintain accurate donor records while delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor.

The role requires the ability to use a pallet jack, strong interpersonal skills, and a high school diploma or GED. 1–3 months of related experience is preferred; flexibility to work varied hours is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to use a pallet jack.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a prompt, friendly, courteous manner and assist with unloading donations.
• Offer donation receipts and ensure accurate donor counts are logged/recorded.
• Categorize donations according to supervisor directions.
• Keep drive-through donation area clean and organized; dispose of trash as needed.
• Load and unload donations from trucks and assist with related tasks.
• Follow company policies and SOPs for the job position and work toward store mission goals.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
