Job summary

Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the sales floor and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will handle POS transactions, maintain merchandise displays, and assist with donations and light maintenance tasks.

Willingness to work varied hours, adhere to safety policies, and follow the company Handbook are essential. Previous retail or donation center experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and assets.
• Perform Counterpoint POS transactions and handle cash, media, and Goodwill property.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked per procedures; perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Assist in production areas and with accepting donations.
• Follow Goodwill Employee Handbook and SOPs for the position.
• Promote maximum customer satisfaction and teamwork with customers and staff.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Other duties such as cleaning and recovery as assigned.
