Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Knowledge of retail and/or stock handling preferred.
• Experience in customer service or donor interaction is a plus.
• Willingness to assist donors and customers with items and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly and professional attitude and provide prompt service.
• Receive donations from donors and issue donation receipts; assist customers with lifting items.
• Sort donations upon arrival and determine quality for processing.
• Sort and price hard goods as needed.
• Keep the production area and store clean and safe; follow dress code.
• Provide general information to customers/donors and assist processors when needed.
