Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill in Lake Saint Louis is hiring a Retail Donation Attendant to support donor interactions and store operations. This hourly full-time role offers $15.50 per hour, with bonus potential up to $250 per month, and benefits for eligible full-time staff.

You'll help sort donations, assist customers, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold safety and security standards. Ideal candidates communicate clearly, stay organized, and work well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED Preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service, greet donors, and offer tax receipts.
• Sort donations into categories: sales floor, online, outlet, trash.
• Notify management of hazardous or valuable donations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout shift.
• Uphold safety and professional dress code.
