The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage donations, and ensure all store operations meet safety standards. Job responsibilities include assisting customers, safely operating equipment, and maintaining store organization. Must possess strong customer service skills, forklift certification ability, and be at least 18 years old. Comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly and ensure donor receipts are offered.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise.
• Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker.
• Conduct daily safety inspections on all equipment.
