Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Two years’ supervisory experience in retail sales or equivalent.
• Knowledge: General management, merchandising, pricing, inventory control, cash handling and safety.
• Language: Ability to write and speak effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, supervise staff; ensure safety and use of POS/WMS.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce policies.
• Assist in achieving daily sales and processing goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and merchandise rotation.
• Provide superior customer service and handle complaints.
• Submit required reports and manage inventory & cycle counts.
• Support salvage/recycling revenue goals; travel as needed.
• Open/close store and handle cash operations.
• Reduce pilferage and train entry-level staff.
