Job summary

Qualifications

• Some high school education is preferred.
• Six months’ experience in processing, warehousing or customer service is desirable.
• Basic retail/store operations knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sorts, tags, hangs and stages saleable items efficiently.
• Assesses articles for quality, style, type and use.
• Tags, stages or lists items per instructions and removes unacceptable items.
• Operates cash register with accuracy and follows cash handling policies.
• Stages, photographs and lists merchandise to maximize sales potential.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists donors as needed.
• Supports safety programs and keeps the area tidy and safe.
• Attends regularly and follows agency policies.
