Job summary

Goodwill Clovis is seeking a Donated Goods Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safe handling of donations, inventory, and sales to maximize revenue at the Clovis location.

Under the Donated Goods Manager's direction, you will train employees, enforce merchandising standards, monitor POS/WMS activity, and support the agency's mission while maintaining a positive work environment.

This role requires high school education and two years of supervisory retail experience.

Qualifications

• Education level: High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years’ supervisory experience in retail sales or equivalent.
• Experience with POS and warehouse management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, ensure safety, and monitor daily use of POS and WMS systems; supervise location personnel.
• Maintain safe working environment and enforce safety policies.
• Assist in achieving daily sales and processing goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and merchandise rotation.
