Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and supervise location staff to meet sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and product rotation.
• Handle customer and donor issues with professionalism.
• Monitor daily sales, reports, and safety compliance.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
