Job summary

Goodwill West Texas in Brownwood, TX seeks a warehouse associate to clean, sort, and tag donated goods for sale. You will operate the POS tagging system, ensure items are prepared for display, and follow safety procedures.

No experience is required, but you must read and write, follow verbal instructions, and be able to lift and move items. Some weekend work is required, with standing and bending as part of the job.

• Clean and perform final sort on various items.
• Appropriately price items based on condition, market value and Goodwill's pricing rules.
• Expertly and efficiently operate the tagger computer system. Print tags and attach to items using appropriate placement.
• Use appropriate containers, carts, barrels and racks to separate items.
• Follow safety protocols at all times and especially when using equipment in the warehouse.
• Safely operate equipment which you have been properly trained to use.
• Operate efficiently and stay on task to meet or exceed established goals.
• Maintain workspace in accordance with Goodwill procedures and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices.
