Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is looking for a dedicated team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience at our Sun City West location. You will process donated merchandise for sale, including pricing, tagging, and preparation to move items to sales floors.

The role requires strong attendance, safety awareness, and adherence to Goodwill values. This position is a hands-on retail role in a fast-paced environment with physical demands, including lifting and stocking

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting quota and sell-thru targets.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation of company property.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per standards; stocks merchandise as assigned.
