Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in its retail stores. You will process items efficiently to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment and adhere to SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, strong English communication, teamwork, and a detail-oriented mindset. The role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and may involve forklift eligibility; training is provided.

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Forklift eligibility (18+) for certification may be required in some roles.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production.
• Identify and resolve problems quickly and seek management support when needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and follow safety practices.
