Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking staff to examine and grade donated goods and process items to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires reliable teamwork, strong communication in English, and the ability to follow training materials. Eligible candidates should be prepared to work across multiple areas and maintain safety and organization on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy
• Good oral and written communication in English and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
• Process goods to meet daily production goals
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals
• Identify and solve problems and/or seek management support
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Promote teamwork and cooperation
• Follow training materials, e-learning, and work instructions
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting hazards
