Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team-oriented staff member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale in our retail stores. The role supports multiple production areas to meet daily goals while upholding safety and training standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and solve problems or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
