You will process items efficiently to meet daily production goals, while adapting to multiple work areas and maintaining safety and quality. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production needs.
• Identify and solve problems or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
