Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a Grader at our Commerce Store to inspect and grade donated goods for resale. This full-time position offers $13.50 per hour and weekly pay in a fast-paced retail environment in Commerce, GA.

Responsibilities include examining items, streamlining processing to meet daily goals, and maintaining safe, clean work areas. The role supports production across multiple areas and requires strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems; seek management support when needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates; promote cooperation.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
