Job summary

Butler Rehab & Healthcare center in Butler, MO seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical staff and ensure compassionate, high-quality patient care.

The DON will work with the management team to set departmental goals, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and improve policies and procedures for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri RN license.
• Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience directing nursing staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (RNs, LPNs, etc.).
• Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
• Develop and enforce policies ensuring compliance and high quality.
• Control budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Resolve issues and deficiencies as needed.
• Manage record-keeping procedures.
