Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a DON to guide the nursing department and collaborate with the management team to ensure compassionate patient care and clinical excellence in Missouri. The role emphasizes leadership of nursing staff, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance within a supportive environment.

You will oversee nursing personnel, drive department objectives, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (RNs, LPNs, etc.)

• Develop and enforce policies for compliance and high-quality standards
• Control budgets and monitor expenditures
• Resolve issues and deficiencies as needed
