Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a DON (RN) to lead our nursing team, drive patient care excellence, and collaborate with management to ensure compassionate, compliant clinical operations.

The DON will oversee nursing staff (RNs and LPNs), set departmental objectives, enforce policies for legal compliance and high quality standards, manage budgets and records, and resolve issues as they arise to maintain smooth clinical flow.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities
