Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Case Manager - Domestic Violence to assess client needs, develop service plans, and advocate for access to housing, employment training, financial aid, and counseling.

Responsibilities include coordinating with care teams, maintaining compliance-driven documentation, and engaging in ongoing learning to improve outcomes for clients and communities in Cook and Lake counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences; 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and service eligibility.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans with clients.
• Provide advocacy and coordinate access to housing, employment training, and counseling.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes per policy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage in outreach to raise program awareness.
