Job summary

Waldom Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Domestic Shipping Lead to oversee the domestic shipping team, prioritize orders, and ensure accurate, timely processing.

You will manage daily picking/packing, coordinate with sales, customer service, and branches, and implement quality controls to maintain high standards. The role requires at least 2 years in distribution/warehouse operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in distribution center / warehouse.
• Familiarity with domestic shipping rules and procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
• Experience with HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee printing and processing of domestic customer and warehouse orders.
• Make electronic changes to orders to meet requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for all domestic shipments.
• Schedule consolidation days to optimize shipping and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service and branches for smooth operations.
• Monitor and enhance picking and packing efficiency per ISO standards.
• Implement quality control measures in shipping operations.
• Supervise and support the domestic shipping team daily.
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
• Maintain communication with internal teams via phone, email, HubSpot and in-person.
• Address and resolve issues related to domestic shipping and order fulfillment.
• Enter tickets into HubSpot for problem orders.
