Job summary

Waldom Electronics is seeking an Inbound Associate to run daily Green Stock operations with precision, handling incoming shipments, inspecting goods, and ensuring proper documentation for inventory integrity.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with teams; responsibilities include receiving, sorting, loading/unloading, data entry, and ERP traceability, with opportunities for growth in a global organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1–3 months warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and inspect products accurately and timely.
• Record data on documentation precisely.
• Put away products per locating instructions.
• Load and unload freight, verify quantities against the Bill of Lading (BOL), and report discrepancies to leadership for swift resolution.
• Receive products within the designated 24-hour receipt target, checking for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure documentation of all traceability information (date codes, country of origin, lot codes) in the ERP system.
• Provide Material Handling support to Operations via power equipment.
• Provide Operations support in other departments when workload dictates per Leadership.
