Job summary

Waldom Electronics seeks a Domestic Shipping Lead to oversee the domestic shipping team, prioritize orders, manage picking/packing, and ensure ISO-aligned operations. You will coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve shipping issues and maintain accurate documentation.

You will also train and support the team, communicate across branches, and ensure proper use of HubSpot for issue tracking and order updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in distribution center / warehouse.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping rules, regulations, and procedures is preferred.
• Understanding of shipping destinations, countries, codes, and restrictions is preferred.
• Ability to motivate, support and provide feedback to staff effectively.
• Capacity to learn domestic shipping terminal operations.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
• Knowledge of Outlook for email and calendar management.
• Proficient use of Cetec or similar ERP systems for order and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with HubSpot is preferred.

Position Overview:

The Domestic Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations of the domestic shipping team. This role ensures that domestic customers’ and warehouse orders are prioritized, printed, and processed efficiently. The lead manages daily picking and packing processes to ensure high-quality standards and interacts regularly with sales, customer service, and international branches to address any issues and coordinate efforts.
