Job summary

Urschel Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Domestic Order Clerk to join our Customer Service team. This role will process domestic part quotes and orders, reporting daily to the Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana.

The position is on site in Chesterton, IN and offers competitive pay and benefits. The Domestic Order Clerk will review orders for accuracy, enter quotations and sales orders into the ERP system, and provide timely acknowledgments to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid mathematical aptitude and proficiency with computers.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotations and new parts orders via ERP system.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter quotations and sales orders into the ERP system.
• Issue quotes and order acknowledgements to customers.
• Resolve order entry questions and coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate, timely processing.
