Job summary

Urschel, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a Domestic Order Clerk to join our Customer Service team in Chesterton, Indiana. The role processes domestic part quotes and orders and reports daily to our Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, IN.

Ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, and basic math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Proficiency with computers and basic math is needed.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic quotations and customer orders accurately.
• Review orders for completeness and enter quotations and orders into the ERP system.
• Issue quote and order acknowledgements to customers and resolve entry questions.
