AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Domestic Agent II to support coordination and execution of domestic air and ground freight shipments, handling quoting, routing, tracking, and documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and timely communication.

This role partners with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure shipments move efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years freight forwarding experience, knowledge of IATA/TSA regulations, and familiarity with SAP/AS400.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college/Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years Freight Forwarding experience required.
• 5+ years experience preferred.
• 1+ years IATA and TSA regulations required.
• 1+ years SAP and AS400 experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, tracking and tracing domestic freight shipments moving via air/ground daily.
• Route freight shipments across multiple transportation modes and services based upon client requests.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding status of freight.
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment dispatch, routing and rates.
• Ensure paperwork, labeling and scanning for accuracy.
• Understand requirements for handling shipments of consequence – NFO, high-value, date/time specific.
