Job summary

Maximus seeks a Domain Lead - Family & Social for the POTFF program in Tampa, FL. This senior role provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for social and family readiness services that support SOF resilience and readiness. U.S.

citizenship and an active security clearance or eligibility are required. Based in Tampa, this position leads cross‑disciplinary POTFF professionals and liaises with government stakeholders, SOF personnel, and families to deliver evidence‑based support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret clearance or be eligible for one.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of a multi‑project program.
• Oversee planning, staffing, and execution of program activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resources, and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with PMI standards and contract requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance across geographically dispersed teams.
