Atom is an AI-native premium domain marketplace seeking a sales-focused teammate to negotiate domain deals and close high-value transactions. You will work with warm leads, provide branding insight, and help buyers and sellers complete deals.

The role offers hybrid work in Hoffman Estates, IL, with mentorship from experienced operators in the domain and branding space. No cold calling; ownership and a fast-paced environment are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales, negotiation, or another client-facing role.
• Strong negotiation instinct: read a room, hold a position, get to close
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High ownership and follow-through
• Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus if you have experience in real estate, high-ticket sales, or other two-party negotiations.

Responsibilities
