Job summary

Atom is seeking a Broker to negotiate two-party domain transactions from start to finish. You will work on both sides of the deal, buyer and seller, to find terms that bring both parties to yes. This is real negotiation on real money, requiring resilience and persistence.

You don't need prior domain brokerage experience—just the disposition to succeed in a fast-paced startup setting with accountability and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, negotiation, brokerage, or similar high-stakes work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation instincts and ability to advocate on both sides.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Broker domain transactions by negotiating directly with buyers and sellers.
• Own each deal from live negotiation through signed close.
• Structure terms that satisfy both sides while protecting Atom's position.
• Communicate professionally over phone and email to move deals forward.
• Identify and resolve points of friction to keep deals progressing.
• Build a reputation as a trusted broker for buyers and sellers.
