Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a National Account Executive to own the Dollar General business, managing a fast-growing portfolio including Mott’s and Hawaiian Punch. You’ll serve as the primary contact with one of America’s largest retailers and lead strategic account planning to drive sustainable growth.

You will build cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Category Management, and RGM while delivering the AOP and negotiating win-win solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive sales or account management.
• Dollar General experience is a strong plus.
• Proven track record building strategic account plans.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership.
• Excellent communicator and presenter to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Identify and close incremental distribution, merchandising, and promotions with Dollar General.
• Sell win-win solutions and negotiate as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison to Dollar General and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and present data-backed business plans.
• Engage internal stakeholders to bring KDP to the table.
• Translate customer priorities into cross-functional action.
