Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a National Account Executive to lead Walmart strategy for the Carbonated Soft Drink and Immediate Consumption portfolio from Rogers, AR, with 15% travel. You will work with cross‑functional partners to hit the annual plan and drive growth with win‑win selling.

The role requires 3+ years in CPG sales at a national account, Walmart/DSD experience, and the ability to translate syndicated data into opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CPG sales or sales support on a national account.
• Walmart and/or DSD experience is preferred.
• Cross‑functional experience outside Sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategic growth plans for DSD CSD and Immediate Consumption categories at Walmart.
• Lead cross‑functional partners: Analytics, Revenue Growth Management, Strategy, Operations, Omni‑Marketing.
• Own and manage key relationships; negotiate with retailer to align priorities and drive growth.
• Manage promotions from planning through execution with retailer timelines and clear communication.
• Represent the team in quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual planning meetings (QBRs, JBPs, brand planning).
• Use internal, syndicated and POS data to identify gaps to the AOP and develop data‑driven selling stories.
• Develop trade spend strategies including trade spend analysis and price pack modeling.
